This is a complete 38 piece Do It Yourself snare drum kit. No finish needed, just drill for parts (or choose pre-drilled) , assemble, tune, and play!

Added up separately from our discounted website prices alll these parts would be over $325.00.

INCLUDES: 6.5x14 Black Brass shell complete with bearing edges, snare bed, shell ready for you to drill out (or choose pre-drilled) for all included parts. Pro brand top/bottom heads. 2.3 chrome triple flanged 8 hole hoops. Strainer and butt plate. Chrome over brass tube lugs. 14 inch snare wires. 16 Tension rods.

NOTE : Parts may vary from photo based on availability. 1-3 week custom drilled shell lead time.

  • Will the pre drill spots for the butt plate and throw off match the dw mag throw and 3 position butt plate?

    We can custom drill for almost any selection of parts. Note that we may need parts sent in for fitting, unless we stock them in house. We do stock the DW parts.

  • How much is it to swap the hoops with die casts?

  • Looking at the brass 6.5x14 kit. Was wondering if we could swap the stock throw for a trick throw and then a 42 strand snare wire.

    Not many lug options that got over center bead. Email us directly for more info on non tube lug options.
    Production time can vary depending on workload and materials. But, in general, a few weeks to shipping.

  • Are the shells seamless or welded?

    Not seamless at this price point. But no visible seams and Wed challenged most ears to tell much of a sonic difference.
