The Evans UV1 Coated Drum Head was designed to be both versatile and exceptionally durable. The Evans UV1 is a coated drumhead made from a single 10-mil ply of UV-cured film that resists chipping and flaking even after hours of heavy playing. These unique heads also project open, lively sound with a broad dynamic and tuning range. The textured surface also responds very well to brush work. UV1 coated drum heads from Evans are made in the USA, and are available in sizes ranging from 8" to 18".
